Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal is milled from a unique blend of flavorful whole grains that's an excellent source of fiber and packed with nutrition. This wonderful cereal contains wheat, rye, triticale, oats and oat bran, corn, barley, soybeans, brown rice, millet and flaxseed.
Suggested Use
Stovetop Instructions
Combine Bob's Red mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal, water and salt in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to lowest setting and stir well. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.

Microwave Instructions
Combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, corn grits, whole grain triticale (wheat), whole grain oats, soy beans, whole grain millet, barley, whole grain brown rice, oat bran and flaxseed meal.
