You know the robust flavor of wheat, rye, corn and oats. Now we have added the oh-so-flavorful ancient grains spelt, Kamut grain and flaxseed to this unique organic cereal blend. Any one of these grains can easily stand alone as a cereal. When blended, the resulting cereal is somewhere between outstanding and oooolala.
Suggested Use
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen
Cooking Instructions
Bring 3 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil and add 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Right Stuff Cereal. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 to 20 minutes (depending on how chewy you like your cereal). Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered for a couple of minutes. Makes about 3 cups cereal.
Microwave Instructions
In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Right Stuff Cereal and 3/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Organic whole grain wheat, organic whole grain rye, organic corn, organic whole grain oats, organic whole grain spelt, organic whole kamut khorasan wheat grain and organic flaxseed.
