Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Hot Cereal is freshly milled from a unique and complimentary blend of flavorful whole grains that's a good source of fiber and nutrition. This tasty wheat-free cereal contains oats, oat bran, brown rice, corn, soybeans, millet, sorghum, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed.

8 Grain Cereal Cooking Instructions
Stove Top:
- 3 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal
For a nutritious high fiber hot breakfast cereal, bring water and salt to a boil. Add Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes enough for four hungry folks. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with fruits and/or nuts.
Microwave:
- 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal
- 3/4 cup Water
In a large bowl, combine cereal and water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid boiling over. Let stand for 2 minutes. Make 1 serving.
Other Ingredients
Whole grain oats, brown rice, corn, soybeans, millet, sorghum, oat bran, sunflower seeds and flaxseed.
