Suggested Use
What You�ll Need:
2 eggs
6 tbsp butter
1 bag of FlapJacked Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1/3 cup dried fruit, nuts or seed (optional)
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350�F (175� C).
- Whisk eggs and butter in a medium sized bowl until creamy. Using a spoon, gradually stir in dry cookie mix (and optional inclusions) until combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon (2 inches apart) onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are set.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy! Makes 12 delicious, hunger-bursting cookies.
