The classic cookie we all know and love. Made with whole oat flour and milk chocolate chips, each bite gives way to just the right amount of crunch and a mouthful of melty chocolate. Feel free to dunk to your hearts desire with a glass of cold milk. Each power-packed serving (2 cookies) contains 10 grams of protein to keep you feeling fuller longer, but with less carbs and less sugar than traditional cookies.

Suggested Use
What Youll Need:
2 eggs
6 tbsp butter
1 bag of FlapJacked Chocolate Chip Mix
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (175º C).
- Whisk eggs and butter in a medium sized bowl until creamy. Using a spoon, gradually stir in dry cookie mix (and optional inclusions) until combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon (2 inches apart) onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are set.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy! Makes 12 delicious, hunger-bursting cookies.
