1 Serving:
Couscous, uncooked - 1/3 cup
Water, broth or milk - 2/3 cup
Salt (optional) - Pinch
Olive Oil or Butter (optional) - 1 tsp
1. In a medium saucepan combine water with (optional salt, olive oil or butter) and bring just to a boil.
2. Stir in couscous and cover.
3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
4. Fluff couscous with a fork. Enjoy!

1. In a 2-quart microwaveable casserole dish add water and (optional salt).
2. Microwave on HIGH until boiling.
3. Add couscous and (optional olive oil or butter). Stir and cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
4. Fluff couscous with a fork before serving. Enjoy!
