This fantastic whole grain cereal is made from a carefully balanced blend of sweet and creamy oat groats, nutrient rich flaxseed and wheat germs, and high fiber oat bran and wheat bran. Each delicious serving contains 10 grams of dietary fiber, 1000 mg of Omega-3, and a wealth of vitamins and minerals.
Suggested Use
Stove Top:
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal
- ¼ tsp Salt
For a delicious and healthy hot breakfast cereal, bring water, Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add honey, nut, and/or dried fruit, if desired. Enjoy!
Microwave:
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal
- ¼ tsp Salt
Combine water, Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal and salt in a large bowl. Microwave on a high for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
