Natures Sunshine Marshmallow 100 Capsules

Marshmallow has a high mucilage content giving it emollient and demulcent properties. Mucilage, when mixed with water, expands to many times its original volume. This can provide a soothing effect that has been found to be of particular use in inflammatory conditions of the digestive system.

INDICATIONS FOR USE:

- Marshmallow has soothing and demulcent properties due to its mucilage content.

- Traditionally used to help soothe irritating coughs.

- May help soothe the mucous membranes that line the urinary and digestive tracts.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) root powder 450mg

DOSAGE:

Adults: Take two capsules with a meal three times daily.

CAUTIONS:

- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
