Natures Sunshine Ginger 100 Capsules

Ginger is widely used to support the digestive system, ease occasional stomach upsets, to help settle the nausea or morning sickness associated with pregnancy and is an effective aid in assisting nausea conditions associated with motion sickness. Its warming properties may assist to warm the hands and feet.

INDICATIONS FOR USE:

A traditional calming herb to reduce the tendency of nausea, morning sickness and vomiting associated with motion sickness.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome powder 525mg

DOSAGE:

- Adults: Take two to four capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule two to four times daily.

- Children aged 6-12 years: Take one to two capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule with a meal twice daily.

CAUTIONS:

- Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
