Suggested use
(Adult) Take two (2) to four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels a day with meals and a full glass (8 oz) of water. May be taken all at once or divided throughout the day.
Other ingredients
Gelatin, purified water, glycerin, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide (color), beeswax, lycopene (color) and maltodextrin.
Contains: Fish (anchovy, sardine), soy.
