Suggested use
(Adult) For daily maintenance, take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels twice daily, with meals and a full glass of water (8 oz). For a more immediate response prior to intimacy, take 4 (four) Liquid-Soft-Gels one hour before activity. Do not take more than four (4) Liquid-Soft-Gels in one day.
