Suggested use
Spelt flour can be used as a 1:1 substitute for whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour. Spelt adds a nutty, slightly sweet flavor and is used most often in breads. Due to spelt's protein content, replace up to 50% of all-purpose flour to add extra flavor to your baked goods while keeping them light in texture.
