They are sun-dried, fermented, stone-ground into a smooth paste, cooled and chiseled into wafers of pure unsweetened chocolate glory. Suggested use
Make your own Raw Chocolate!
- 1 cup Cacao Paste
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 tsp of Ground Vanilla Powder
- Sweetener & a pinch of salt to taste
Gently melt Cacao, Coconut Oil, and sweetener in a double boiler. Add Vanilla. Whisk or blend to emulsify ingredients. Pour onto parchment paper-lined tray, drizzle over fruits, nuts, or Nut Butter! Put in freezer for 10 minutes. Break off a piece of pure bliss!
