This tea is made from ginkgo and decaffeinated green tea along with a blend of revered Chinese herbs including ginseng, eleuthero (commonly called "Siberian ginseng"), astragalus, poria, fo-ti and licorice root. Chinese herbalists considered them to be beneficial herbs that lift the spirits (chi). Enjoy this tea hot or iced.

Suggested use
Pour 1 cup of hot water over a tea bag. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag. For stronger flavor, steep longer.
