Q & A (2)
Are key ingredients sourced from plant based products (such as soy) or is it of animal origin? It came to my attention that animal based Phos'serine are discontinued to eliminate any risk of Mad Cow Disease.
Hi, It looks as though the "KEY" ingredients are plant-based, except "gelatin" likely for the capsule does not say. However, I believe most gelatin caps are usually not plant unless stated. I take this and like it. Although I usually avoid soy, I feel like a positive difference when I take this PS, specifically, compared to other brands. This is what I found: Soybean Extract Yielding: 500 mg Phosphatidylserine 100 mg Proprietary Blend: Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine, and medium chain triglycerides. 12.5 mg Suggested Use: 1 softgel up to three times daily, with meals.
