can my cat with heart failure have this tablet?
While im unsure about whether this is suitable for cats (I'd ask a vet), you may want to consider giving your cat more of a balanced raw meat diet, especially healthy organ meats. Things like beef liver are said to be exceptional for heart health, and your little one may benefit.
