Certified Humane Free Range Eggs or bust!
We proudly use Certified Humane Free Range eggs in our products, sourcing them from cooperatives of family farms in and around the Eastern Iowa region. These standards are more well-defined than the USDA Free Range definition, specifying the amount of time and space hens need access to the outdoors. Certified Humane production never uses cages and ensures hens are provided the conditions necessary to engage in natural behavior so they can be the plucky animals they're known to be.

We believe in better oils.
We use 100% sunflower or avocado oil in our products. The sunflower oil in our Mayonnaise and Fabanaise is mid oleic. The oil is extracted from the seeds of the sunflower using a solvent. The sunflower oil in our Ranch Dressings and Organic Mayonnaise is high oleic and expeller-pressed. All of the sunflower oil we use is refined. Each of these products also has a version available made with 100% avocado oil.
