Suggested use
Adults: Take one (1) capsule daily with a meal. Some individuals may benefit from taking two (2) or more capsules daily. Do not take more than three (3) capsules daily.
For Children 8 years & older: it is recommended that one (1) capsule be opened, and contents mixed into food or drink.
Upon initial use, it may take 7 to 14 days for you to feel the product working. Consistent, daily use is needed to maintain results.
Other ingredients
Maltodextrin, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, carrageenan, potassium chloride), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
