Suggested use
Adults and children 8 years of age and older, take two (2) capsules with meals containing dairy.
For children it is recommended that capsules be opened, and contents be mixed into food or drink. Some individuals may require two (2) or more capsules daily, depending on frequency of dairy intake.
Do not take more than four (4) capsules daily.
Other ingredients
Maltodextrin, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, carrageenan, potassium chloride), microcrystalline cellulose dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.
Contains Soy and wheat.
