Take (6) tablets one time each day, ideally first thing in the morning upon waking. Consume on an empty stomach. Make sure to consume at least 120 ounces of water per day.

Keep out of the reach of children. This product is intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Before using this product, seek advice from your pharmacist or physician.
