Suggested use
Tip: Apply patch on undergarments around common sites of aching during your menstrual cycle like the lower abdomen and back.
- Take the heating patch out of the packaging. Must be used immediately after package is opened.
- Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and adhere the patch to the undergarments in the affected area. Do not use directly on skin.
- Dispose in waste bin after use.

Iron, activated charcoal, vermiculite, sodium chloride, polyacrylic acid, sodium salt, water, rose flower oil, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, jasminum officinale flower oil.
Warnings
Do not place directly on skin. This product can cause burns. Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Do not use on irritated, damaged or broken skin. Do not wear while sleeping. If you are 55 years of age or older, use with caution, as your risk for burns increase with age. Check skin frequently during use. Do not use on areas of the body where you can't feel heat. Remove patch immediately if there is any discomfort or pain. Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. Stop use and contact a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. The patch is not reusable. Do not microwave or reheat the patch. Do not use on delicate clothing. Do not use in combination with another heating device. Do not place extra pressure, a tight waistband of belt over the product. Do not use with pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments. Do not use on people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
