About Vitamin-D 2000 IU
While studies show that 2,000 IU to 10,000 IU per day may be needed for optimal health, most Americans get less than 400 IU per day. Vitamin-D 2000 IU is designed for those who get 30 minutes of daily exposure to sunlight (no sunblock). Those who do not may wish to use Vitamin-D 5000 instead.
Suggested Use
One to three capsules daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, pullulan (vegetable capsule).
Vitamin-D 2000 IU does not contain artificial colorings or flavorings, GMO's, sugar, soy, yeast, dairy, gluten or wheat. It is suitable for vegetarians.
Warnings
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a dry place. Caution: Please keep all supplements out of children's reach. People diagnosed with sarcoidosis should not take this product.
