Hides imperfections and creates a smooth canvas for eyeshadow application. Increases the length of eyeshadow wear, and makes color more vibrant. Vitamin E and Chamomile help to soothe and condition the skin.
Suggested Use
Apply a thin coat to eyelids and allow to dry before applying eyeshadow.
