Suggested use
Intended for use in healthy adults and as part of a healthy, balanced diet and exercise program.
- 10 grams (about 1 scoop) Gold Standard Pre-Workout
- 6-8 fl oz cold water
- 30 seconds mix until dissolved
Consume Gold Standard Pre-Workout 15-30 minutes before physical activity.
Other ingredients
Natural and artificial flavor, citric acid, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, malic acid, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), sucralose, tartaric acid, beet juice powder (color), acesulfame potassium.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Serving scoop included, but may settle to the bottom during shipping.

Not for use by those under the age of 18, women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or are nursing, or those who are sensitive to beta-alanine, caffeine or niacin. Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine and niacin may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation.
Do not combine with alcohol, use as directed. Do not consume more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake.
