Recommended Use: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) mixed with water or your favorite beverage 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. Take first dose in the morning and second one hour prior to training. If training is in the morning then take second dose a half hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water while using this product.
