Can I take it everyday even on days Im not working out and if I take it in the evening, will it cause any sleep disruption?
I always take it after dinner. I have never had a problem falling asleep. Of course it depends on the individual, but I believe that taking it every day will help.
Is it meant to taste salty when you first put it in your mouth? I bought this from another website and was struck by how salty it tastes at first.
