Q & A (11)
Can I take this with a multi vitamin?
Green tea extract and multivitamins are generally safe to consume together. There is no need to be concerned about tea blocking the absorption of vitamins or other nutrients. Green tea extract itself contains vitamins A, B2, C, and E, as well as zinc, chromium, and manganese. The only thing you should check is that green tea may interact with certain medications, such as blood thinners and some antidepressants.
