NOW Dairy Digest Complete is a comprehensive blend of enzymes that is formulated to aid in the digestion of dairy products. Intolerance to dairy is often due to the inability to digest milk sugar known as lactose. However, intolerance is also frequently related to the difficult-to-digest proteins and fats inherent in dairy products. NOW Dairy Digest Complete combines lactase for lactose digestion with proteases and lipases that specifically target milk proteins and fat for digestion.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule with or before each meal containing dairy. One capsule digests dairy products equivalent to one cup of whole milk.

Other Ingredients

Rice bran, cellulose (capsule) and silica.

Not manufactured with wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
