NOW Ascorbyl Palmitate is a highly stable form of ascorbic acid, or vitamin C. Ascorbyl palmitate is soluble in both water and lipid, and this dual solubility allows it to be incorporated into cell membranes where it neutralizes free radicals and helps maintain healthy tissues. While it possesses all of the antioxidant properties of vitamin C, it can also more easily penetrate the blood-brain barrier, facilitating the extension of its antioxidant activities to the brain and nervous system.

is it 200 mg vitamin C only? or i should add 500 mg from ascorbyl palmitate? so it it same like 700 mg in total or not?
Ascorbyl palmitate is Vit C just a form that is fat soluble so it passes brain barrier . So no matter what amount of miligrams you add it is same as any Vit C . It is thenonly form of Vit C that passes the brain barrier and helps with inflamation in the brain, usually recoomended with children with Autism. Our son has been taking it for 5 years now and no isssue or concerns . Also helps with constipation as like all Vit C , ddaws the water in the colon and acts as a mild laxative when given in larger amounts
Can we use the product on skin? By opening the capsules and add it to a cream ?
