INDICATIONS FOR USE:

St Mary's thistle is a traditional liver tonic.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Silybum marianum (St Mary's thistle) fruit powder 550mg

DOSAGE:

Take two capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

CAUTIONS:

- Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.

- Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
