Natures Sunshine Horsetail 100 Capsules
Horsetail is thought to contain the highest amount of silica of all known herbs. Silica is found in connective tissues throughout the body and is important in the building and normal repair of healthy connective tissue.

INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Traditionally used in Europe for its ability to tone the organs of the urinary tract and soothe the bladder.
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) herb powder 360mg
DOSAGE:
- Adults: Take three to four capsules with a meal three times daily.
- Children aged 6-12 years: Take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
CAUTIONS:
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
- Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
