Suggested use

Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.

Other ingredients

Xylitol, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, soy polysaccharides, dextrin, crospovidone, silicon dioxide, malic acid, modified food starch, natural flavors, stearic acid, beet root extract (color), magnesium stearate, citric acid.
