Our Gainer contains a special combination of whey protein concentrate, isolate and micellar casein to provide both fast and slow digesting proteins. This contributes all the essential amino acids to support lean muscle growth.
Gainer contains a clean carbohydrate complex of fast and slow digesting carbohydrates and fiber to provide a long-lasting source of energy without creating blood sugar spikes, which can be detrimental to healthy weight gain. In addition, we included sunflower oil, a heart healthy oil high in unsaturated fats.
We added enzymes and probiotics to help balance the microbiome for better immune, and digestive health so you can get the most from the foods you eat.

Suggested use
Add 2 scoops per day to 8-10 oz of water or your favorite beverage and shake or blend well. Or add 1 scoop to 4-5 oz of water twice per day.
