Due to the Strength of Synedrex Pre-Contest Prep, we recommend assessing your tolerance by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with 8-10 oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to your workout. Once you assess your tolerance and are looking for a higher boost to energy and fat burning, you can increase to 2 scoops in 16-20oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to the workout. Alternatively you can drink 1/2 prior to workout and 1/2 during workout for more prolonged even energy output.
