Suggested use
Mix each scoop in 6 to 12 oz of water for a refreshing drink. Adjust the water amount based on your flavor strength preference... Less water = More Flavor. Alternatively, for a fun treat, you can take it dry scooped for a candy-like experience.
Optional Loading Phase for Advanced Athletes: For the first week, to supersaturate your muscles with creatine, take 3 scoops per day even on non-workout days. Spread your scoops throughout the day: for example: 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop post-workout, and 1 scoop in the evening.
