To use cold: freeze for 4 hours before placing into the soft cover 

To use hot: microwave according to the instructions before placing into the soft cover 

Suggested heating time for (1) Hot & Cold Breast Therapy Pack

700 Watts - 16 Seconds

1,000 Watts - 13 Seconds

1,250 Watts - 11 Seconds

Gently massage pack to evenly distribute heat and test temperature prior to use. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Heat only one pack at a time.

Always test pack temperature prior to application. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation.
