Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop with 6-8 ounces of water and consume 30 minutes before a workout. After assessing tolerance you may consume two (2) scoops before a workout. Do Not Exceed 2 Scoops Per Day. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation from beta alanine.
