Discussion: KAL Nutritional Yeast is primary grown on molassaes. Yeast flakes contain a full spectrum of essential amino acids and a variety of B Vitamins. These premium vegetarian flakes are unsweetened. KAL Nutritional Yeast is specifically fortified with B Vitamins for additional dietary support. Suggested use
Mix the desired amount of KAL Nutritional Yeast into your favorite food or beverage. KAL Nutritional Yeast dissolves easily and brings added nutritional value to stews, casseroles, soups, meat loaf, broths, gravies, protein drinks, juices and milk shakes. It may also be sprinkled over green salad, fruit salad, yogurt, cottage cheese and peanut butter.

Yeast flakes, niacin, pyridoxine hcl, thiamin hcl, riboflavin, folic acid, and cyanocobalamin.
Made without: Wheat, corn, milk, egg, soy, gluten, artificial colors, starch or preservatives.
Warnings
