Jarrow Formulas Vitamin D3 Provides cholecalciferol, which is more biologically active than (D2). Vitamin D3 is ultimately converted is to its ly-active form, calcitriol, in the kidney. Calcitriol enhances dietary calcium and phosphorous absorption, stimulates the synthesis of osteocalcin (an important structural protein in bone), and support a healthy immune response.
Suggested Use
For adults, take 1 softgel per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Other Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil; softgel consists of bovine gelatin, purified water and glycerin.
