We source our quinoa from where nature intended - the high- altitude salt flats of Bolivia. It's toasted at harvest before the seed is stripped from its husk, just as the Bolivian farmers do in their own homes. A slow warm heat unlocks quinoa's true deep and nutty flavor.
Our toasted quinoa flakes cook creamier and more delicious than other quinoa flakes. No grassy or bitter aftertaste; just protein-packed breakfast nutrition. We blend our quinoa flakes with oats for heartless and add lucuma fruit powder for a touch of sweetness. Heart yourself with a spoonful.

Suggested Use
How to Cook Quinoa Cereal:
1/2 Cup Cereal + 1 1.4 Cup Water or Milk* + 1-2 Minutes Cook Time
Microwave directions: Combine water or milk* with quinoa cereal in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix well.
Stove Top directions: Add quinoa cereal to boiling water or milk*. Cook for about 2 minutes. Mix well.
*If using non-dairy milk, please adjust liquid ratio to 1/2 cup cereal to 3/4 cup non-dairy milk.
Serving suggestion: Suggested pairing with dried goji berries, sliced almonds and chia seeds (not included in package).
