Suggested use
Weight Loss¹: Take each serving 30-60 minutes before your two main meals.

Empty 1 packet into approximately 12 oz of water, shake and consume immediately. Take each serving 30-60 minutes before your two main meals. Do not take within 3-4 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period. For best results, use the product for 60 days in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program.
