Suggested use
Step 01: Take your Hydroxycut product of choice twice daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before your two largest meals.
Step 02: Maintain a calorie-controlled diet.
Step 03: Include at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily.
Mix one packet with 12 to 16 oz. of water according to taste, and consume immediately. Take twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 main meals. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period. For best results, use for 60 days in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
