Directions
Suggested Use: Extremely cleansing. Start slowly to avoid cleansing reactions. Begin with 1/4 teaspoon (or less) in pure water, fresh juice, or a smoothie. Increase slowly to 1 or more teaspoons per day.
Intensive Use: 2-4 tablespoons per day AFTER starting slowly.
