Suggested Use
Mix 1 serving (1 rounded scoop) with 4-8 oz (120 ml-240 ml) of water, milk, or juice in a shaker cup and shake well. Precision Protein begins the second part of its bi-phase hydrolysis the second you add liquid to it.
