Suggested use
Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8 oz. of water and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.

Does the good bacteria here colonize our gut and live there?
I tried this many times but it didn't colonize at all. I suffer from EBV virus & candida overgrowth for over 10 years now. Spent 60K dollars and more & finally found some small progress in fresh black currant, garlic & pineapple blend to be taken immediately after blending. Black currant & pineapple (in equal measure) remove biofilm while garlic does the killing, taken 2 x daily in 2 cups with food or without. Only fresh, fresh, FRESH fruits, not dried fruits. 1 lemon in 1 Litre water in the afternoon, and 2 cucumber juice in the evening. Very low protein, no seedless diet. No egg, wheat, meat, soy, rice, oil. The only source of protein is from raw spinach, boiled potatoes, cooked veges, spirulina powder, barley juice powder from iherbs, supplemented with HCl & pepsin capsules for stronger stomach acid every meal. To prevent muscle loss, daily 15-minute resistive exercise is a must.
