Gaea Kalamata Olives come from the famous Kalamata region of Greece and are plump, fleshy and full of flavor.
GAEA pitted Kalamata olives are sun ripened, under the Greek sun, their colour is naturally black depending on the exposure to the suns rays whilst on the tree.
They are a source of dietary fibre and copper, rich in vitamin E and contain mono-unsaturated fatty acids and polyphenols. These olives are delicious for snacking and entertaining, preservative free and with reduced salt.
