Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one or two servings (1-2 scoops) with 8-10 fl. oz of cold water per scoop, and drink before, during, or after your daily workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. To adjust the flavoring, simply increase or decrease the amount of water. Take Aminos, Baby! at least two hours before or after taking other medications. Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
