Korintje, or Indonesian cassia, is the most commonly found cinnamon in American kitchens. Our organic bulk cinnamon granules are kosher certified and non-irradiated. Frontier Organic Korintje Cinnamon Granules work especially well added to a tea bag or strainer for quick hot beverage infusions, for flavoring coffee and in mulling spice blends. They also go great with other spices and herbs in tea blends such as chai.
