Could you let me know the difference between this plant-based silica and collagen for refining skin plus strengthening bones/joints, nails and hair? Thanks.
I take this product because I like the plant based silica. My skin has a reaction to purchased collage, and I have had no reactions to this product at all. My skin is clearer and my nails have definitely become more stronger. These have been bonuses for me as a started taking this product for my hair as I had lost a lot of hair after n operation. My hair is also growing back and my hairdresser keeps commenting on how healthy it is. Hope this helps.
