Original Reduction with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pgi is ideal for salads, grilled vegetables, fish, chicken, meat, as well as fresh fruit and ice-cream.
Use it with fantasy to give a "balsamic" touch to your dishes. Try also the new flavored reductions: fig, strawberry, truffle....
It can be stored at room temperature even after opening.
